I work in Australia. We tend to use the MOCA which has good evidence for detection of mild cognitive impairment in people over 65. I use the RUDAS with any CALD or non-english speaking clients and the Addenbrooke's (ACE-III) for a more in-depth assessment. For clients with neurological conditions such as a stroke the cognistat and Rivermead can be used. For visual perception we use the Adult Perceptual Screening Tool.
