Job opening in California. Do you need a change in life? This is a free room on the beach in Santa Monica, California in exchange for a "live in OT helper," you will be helping an OT student. We are looking for someone who wishes to practice in the USA and needs to study for the license exam. After passing the license exam the position will become a paid position. Before passing the exam it is a free room on the beach while helping the student pass the exam. You must have a Masters Degree in OT as a minimum requirement in USA. Or someone who has become licensed recently and wants to move to California. The position is available now. Finding an OT who is great at teaching memory techniques for the exam to the OT student who is disabled would be ideal. You would not only be in charge of tutoring for the exam but would know rehab techniques to make the students body stronger. You must have experience and have endurance for 3 hours a day of exercise and 5-7 hours a day of studying 5 days a week. This would include moderate to advanced yoga, running on the beach, hiking, swimming, and lifting weights outside of studying. You will need to pass a background check and sign an affidavit stating you will be the students- live in helper. Minimum 3 months commitment. You would have the weekends and your evenings off.
