Hello everyone!
I am Kaitlin Sugarman, a sixth-year occupational therapy doctoral student at Misericordia University. For my doctoral capstone experience, I created an interactive workbook for OTPs in hospice and palliative care. The Integrated Support Plan for End-of-Life Care (ISP-EoLC) workbook targets three focus areas for OTPs, including (1) assisting patients to maintain essential roles/responsibilities through meaningful occupations, (2) providing strategies to implement iterative interventions as the patient's medical needs evolve, and (3) supporting occupational therapists through the emotional aspects of a taxing profession.
I do not want to publish a workbook that does not contribute to the occupational therapy profession. Therefore, I have created this survey for experts to give feedback on various aspects of the workbook to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the resource. To protect the student's property and the information in the workbook, the link below will take you to a survey where you must fill out your name and contact information. The student will email you the expert review survey and a copy of the workbook. Thank you for your participation!
