Hi Parents! I am a senior in high school currently working on my final course for my school’s Biomedical Sciences Pathway and am working to create a strong concept for our final project. We had the idea to develop a website to better inform parents and families on the recovery process for their children following any form of medical intervention. These could range anywhere from receiving sutures to recovering from a major surgery. Furthermore, we wanted to ensure that not only did every family feel prepared to take care of their family member(s), but they also get the support they needed to ensure that caregiving doesn't take a mental or physical burden.
