Hello I'm Tiffani Zabor, I live in California and practice OT in the schools and private clinics here. I wanted to know how much assistive technology plays a role in your therapy practice? I have started incorporating the following digital programs in my treatment plans and was curious if others had experience with them and/or additional tools they could recommend.
Thank you

Hi Tiffani.
I know your post is a couple of years old and you are probably using more Apps now than then, but I thought I would respond anyway. I am a low vision occupational therapist and technology really helps my clients with visual impairments to maintain and/or regain their independence. There are multiple Apps available for those with low vision/blindness, but the ones I most frequently recommend and train my clients to use are: Seeing AI, Be My Eyes, BARD mobile, Money Reader, and KNFB Reader. All of these, except for the KNFB Reader App, are free.
