Offering Paediatric sensory integration assistance and training global

Hi there,

I am a McMaster University (Canada) graduate living and working in Sydney, Australia. I was one of the research investigators for the targeting the globe project and so excited to see this forum up and running. I truly value the importance of global collaboration and training to continue to strengthen OT practice across various cultures and Countries. I currently work at ActiveOTForKids in Sydney Australia which is a well known and big sensory integration practice. The clinic has been running for over 10 years and has had extensive training in sensory integration. We currently use DIR model and therapeutic listening program at our clinic. Thisupcoming year we are looking to collaborate and support paediatric OT practice globally. If there is any clinics, universities or programs in any countries that would be interested in our assistance please contact me at kellea_demille@hotmail.com.

I will also be in India from December 23. -January 6 if there is a clinic that would benefit from me stoppping in and collaborating and providing further practice suggestion.

My name is Larissa and I'm living near Sydney.
I'm an overseas trained OT (from Brazil), and I was working with S.I. back in Brazil.
Unfortunately I couldn't find any training or group discussions here in Australia yet reg S.I., as they only talk about the therapeutic listening program.
Are you still working in ActiveOTforKids?
