In recent years, scholars and clinicians in occupational therapy and other disciplines have argued over the implications, benefits, and challenges of evidence-based practice.
In this article (

More recently, there has been a growing debate around transitioning to a "evidence-informed" model, that informs the clinical reasoning and decision making of the professional, but provides more flexibility in the implementation and recognizes the clinician's expertise and judgement.
What is your take on this? Do you implement an evidence-based practice framework in your own practice? Do you advocate for evidence-based or evidence-informed practice? What are the pragmatical and philosophical differences?
