My name is Carlneshia Hunnicutt and I wanted to take a moment to inform you of the study that is being conducted. As a part of my degree fulfillment for my entry-level Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Nova Southeastern University I am required to complete a residency catered to my area of interest. Therefore, I developed a study titled "The Impact of Cannabinoids for Recreational or Medicinal Use on Quality of Life and Occupation". This study will use a questionnaire to explore the effects of cannabinoids derived from the cannabis plant on quality of life and occupation. I am looking for individuals who are at least 18 years of age or older who utilize non-synthetic cannabinoids derived from the cannabis plant for recreational and/or medicinal purposes. The questionnaire will require 13 minutes of your time.
