Occupational Therapy in Fiji

Hi everyone!

My name is Elisabeth, I am a paediatric occupational therapist from Australia. I have done some volunteer work in Fiji but I realise that OT services are not readily available there. I am thinking about ways to establish the profession of OT in Fiji and increase access to OT for people, particularly children.

Does anyone live, work or volunteer in Fiji or know anything about the OT services currently available in Fiji? Any information would be highly appreciated!

Please also let me know if this is an area of interest for you, I would love to collaborate with other OTs to make this dream a reality 🙂

No, unfortunately I did not find a way to work as an OT in Fiji last year.
