I am Samantha and I work with Frontier Consulting. I am reaching out on behalf of our AHP team who are working with a number of clients in England who are looking for Qualified Occupational Therapists to join their team.
The roles involve assisting people to re-integrate in to their lives with their “condition” ensuring optimal functioning or to live productive & positive lives.
They are looking for practitioners who have a Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy and have the following experience:
• Moving & handling
• Experiencing dealing with clients who have injuries causing them to be para/ Quadriplegic, stroke patients, limited mobility- long- stay hospital patients.
• Must be able to pre-scribe equipment.
• Must have knowledge on equipment like transfer boards/ hoists or manual movement or transfer of patients.
• Must understand person centered & strength-based approach.
• Be able to work in an MDT team.
• Working age adults exp
• Transitions - from 16 to young adults exp
• Older people experience.
